Shipping & Returns

The Health Nut uses Canada Post Xpresspost^TM shipping for all orders.

Shipping is based on flat fees determined by total order value, with free shipping for orders over $250.00.

Shipping can typically take 5 – 7 days, but we do not guarantee any specific delivery timeframe. You will receive a tracking number as part of an order completion email that you will receive once your order has been processed and shipped.

The highest level of customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We want every one of our customers to be completely happy with everything they purchase from us.

If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you purchase from The Health Nut, we will do everything we can to correct your issue. Please complete the form and your issue will be dispatched to one of our customer care representatives. Please provide as much detail as possible in the form to best help us to support correcting your issue.

Returns will only be accepted within 35 days of date of shipping. Opened products are not eligible for return. Clearance products are final sale.
