Hi, I'm Pam ā and I've been where you are.
AfterĀ decades of struggling with my own health, I became obsessed with understanding why the standard advice given from our health care wasn't taking women into consideration. I was made to feel as though what I was going through was normal and just needed to live with it. Hello? I mean,Ā HELL NO! I started digging...deep. I knew enough to know that my body was not meant to feel the way it did, and that my diet was at the root of it. I trained as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist which sorted out 80% of it, became a Metabolic BalanceĀ® Coach that sorted the other 20%, andĀ then I developed The Health Nut Method⢠ā a personalized approach built around your bloodwork, your body, and your life. I continue to live my life this way and I'm thriving, and so can you!
Before nutrition, I spent over 10 years teaching yoga and helping women connect with their bodies. I learned during that time that most women feel the same way! And so started my mission to teach as many woman as I possibly can that they don't have to feel that way.Ā My whole-person perspective is woven into everything I do.
