Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 3lbs of ground meat, beef, chickn, turkey, veal, lamb
- 6 cloves of minced garlic
- 1tbsp of vegetable boullion powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 package of sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Italian herb spice
- 8 Bell Peppers
Directions
- Cut peppers in half and remove seeds, place on baking tray
- Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl
- Weight your meat and portion into peppers
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done
This dish is so simple to make, yet looks so fancy to serve!
