Mandalade

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of almonds
  • 20 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 1 medium apple chopped
  • 1tbsp cinnamon (or to taste, I like a lot!)

Directions

  • Soak nuts and seeds over night
  • Drain and add to blender with chopped apple
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon

Eat like this or elevate this meal by placing on a paper liner and roasting in your oven for 10-15 minutes, I use my air fyer for this. You will feel like you’re eating a warm apple crumble. Delish!
