Once You Have Your Custom Built Plan: Begin your Metabolic Balance Method 12-Week Program

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, the Metabolic Balance Program falls under the approval of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, as it uses whole foods and not diet “foods”. You will be buying the same food that anyone in your home can eat, no shakes, meal replacements bars or special ‘diet pills’ of any kind necessary. So, no added expense to your budget!

Each week is built on the following week and a new module is released for you to work within. Each module is designed to build on the previous module, and I am here to help you every step of the way. We will work on not only your meal plan, but all of the areas that contribute to holding onto weight, sleep practices, types of exercise and stress management.

The bonus is that this is a 12-week program where I stay with you the entire time as your personal support and number one cheerleader, but you have access to it for life. The program doesn’t end after the 12 weeks, as you will have built up a tool box of tips that will stay with you for life to ensure your success in maintaining the weight loss and balanced hormones!

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance Coach and a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience using movement, meditation, and more, to help manage stress that I will be bringing to your program to help set you on the right path of success!

With my own diagnoses of disease Celiac, as well as my daughter’s diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes at 12, and then Multiple Sclerosis at 25, my sister’s Hashimoto’s, I am all too familiar with the personal struggles of managing autoimmune disorders and can better support you along a path to better health, achieving optimal weight and balanced hormones!
